Hi, ladies!
No matter what I do, I'm never really happy with the way my hair looks and it's not entirely his fault as I suck at styling my hair in any other way than a classic ponytail or a messy bun. The only time I love it is during those couple of days after I go to the hairdresser and man, it looks so easy the way she does it but then at home, of course it won't look the same...
My hair is by the definition either too frizzy, either to limp, so I'm always in the search for a mask or treatment to "calm" the frizziness but also to give me some volume. I usually use my Wella Brillance hair mask for fine, coloured hair but when I get bored of that on I like to try out some other products.
I've got this 1 minute mask from Nivea in the summer, as a gift when I've bought a magasin and I thought it's just something they wanted to get rid of so they offered as a gift. I actually love the hair products that Nivea has so I gave this a try. I mean I have coloured hair and everything and it should work out for me.
Firstly, the smell is quite good just like all Nivea shampoos and conditioners. The consistancy is very thick and I only need just a small amount of this. I don't use it at the roots as my hair tends to get greasy really quickly and I leave it about a couple of minutes, as I shower. I admit, I've never left for just 1 minute, so I can't tell if it works that rapidly.
Nivea claims this hair mask will prolong the look of freshly-dyed hair, will maintain the color intensity for a longer time and it repairs the damaged hair by giving the healthy, smooth look. I don't know if it actually prolongs the color and if it repairs the damaged hair, but it actually gives a nice shine to my hair, a little bit of volume and a more smoother hair.
I also find that it detangles my hair a lot easier and I can style it in an acceptable form. So while I can't consider it an WOW product, it's actually nice to use and it's not as strong as my Wella mask so I like to use it instead some times.
I'm not sure if it can be found in stores anymore, I saw it a couple of months before together with the Crystal Color Gloss shampoo and conditioner so I think it's in the permanent line.
