Permanent Taupe is my second Color Tattoo and I love it just as much as On and On Bronze. It a neutral shade of taupe/grey/brown/purple which looks great on every eye look.
I only used it with primer but it doesn't creases at all, you just have to let him a couple of minutes to settle before applying other product. It can easily be worn on its own for a simple look or as base for all those neutral color we all love.
It's mat, no glitter or shimmer so it requires at little more attention to blending as the edges has to be more refined when wored alone but otherwise it's very easy to work with. It's so creamy that you only need a dab on your finger to work on the whole lid and then with a fluffy brush just blend out the edges.
I admit that I was biased when bought this about the beauty of On and On Bronze, even though I knew it's nothing outstanding. I mean it's a great neutral and an excellent base for a smoky eye, but nothing that you can't live without. I was more driven by the hype created around Color Tattoos than by the product itself.
If you're looking for a base to make your dark eyeshadows pop, this one might do the trick. You can find it at any Douglas, Kendra, DM or other retailers where Maybelline's sold. It costs around 30 Ron (6 Euro).
