Programasem initial postarea asta pentru inceputul lunii iulie, ca sa o includ intr-o postare de tip collective haul pentru luna iunie, daaar nu mai am rabdare sa va impartasesc prima mea experienta cu Fragrance Direct, mai ales ca stiu ca multe dintre voi sunt interesate de shoppingul online de peste hotare.
Recunosc ca am fost sceptica prima data cand am frunzarit site-ul www.fragrancedirect.co.uk, pentru ca produsele mi se pareau foarte ieftine, prea ieftine. Totusi site-ul este bine organizat si pare profesionist asa ca am cautat review-uri, pareri, swatch-uri, experiente ale altor cumparatori. Overall, cumparatorii au fost satisfacuti astfel ca am profitat de faptul ca tocmai a fost ziua mea de nastere si de faptul ca prietenul meu nu stia cu ce cadou sa ma resfete si i-am dat eu o sugestie:).
Am ramas impresionata de cat de repede mi-a venit coletul, mai ales ca pe site era specificat un termen de livrare intre 7-24 zile lucratoare. Am dat comanda pe 16 iunie (duminica), a doua zi am fost anuntat ca s-a livrat si ieri pe 25 iunie, am primit coletul la usa, si nu a trebuit sa ma duc la oficiul postal dupa cum ma asteptam.
Plata se face cu cardul in GBP, dar se transforma automat la cursul bancii, iar taxele de transport sunt unice pentru Europa, 5.5 GBP, aprox. 29 Ron.
Inainte de a plasa comanda, le-am dat un e-mail in care am intrebat daca pot folosi o alta adresa de livrare fata de cea inscrisa pe card si daca toate produsele lor sunt valabile pentru Romania (auzisem ca unele nu se pot livra), iar raspunsul afirmativ la ambele intrebari a venit prompt.
Sunt foarte multumita de modul lor de lucru si de produse in sine, nu sunt cu defecte, desfacute, incercate, expirate etc. O singura observatie as vrea sa le fac si chiar le voi trimite un e-mail si anume ambalajul. In poza urmatoare puteti vedea ca cutia nu a fost foarte bine inchisa si riscam sa pierd din produse, mai ales ca nu au fost infasurate in folie sau intr-o alta cutie, ci erau doar niste pungi pe jumatate umplute cu aer care trebuiau sa protejeze produsele. Nu e mare lucru, dar cred ca isi permit sa se asigure ca produsele sunt mai bine protejate.
I was thinking first of writing this post at the beginning of July, to include it in a collective haul for June, but I was impacient to share with you my first experience with Fragrance Direct, mainly because I know that many of you are interested in abroad online shopping.
I admit I was reticent at first when I browse www.fragrancedirect.co.uk, because the products seemed very cheap, too cheap. Still their website is well organised and professional so I started to look for reviews, opinions, swatches, experiances of other buyers. Overall, the buyers were satisfied so I took advantage of the fact that my birthday just passed and my boyfriend didn't know how to pamper me, so I gave him a suggestion:).
I was impressed when I received the parcel so rapidly, more because on the website was specified a delivery term between 7-24 working days. I passed the order on 16th June (Sunday), the fallowing day I was announced the order was delivered, and on 25th June (yesterday), I received the parcel on my door and I didn't have to go pick it up from the local Post Service.
You can pay with your card in GBP, but it's automatically transformed, and the delivery freight are unique for Europe, 5.5 GBP.
Before placing the order, I sent them an e-mail to ask if I can use other delivery adress different from the adress written on my card and if all their products are available for Romania (I heard some of them can't be delivered), and the afirmative answer came up quickly.
I'm very pleased with their work procedure and with the products, as there are no faults, they are not opened, tried, expired etc. Just an observation I would like to make on the wrapping and I'm gooing to write them an e-mail. In the picture you can see that the box was not very well closed and I risked loosing products, more because they were not wrapped in foil or other box, there were only some half plumped air bags that supposed to protect the products. It's no biggie, but I think they can afford to insure that the products are well protected.

Motivul principal pentru comanda a fost samponul de la Wella Brillance la 1000 ml, pe care il folosesc constant de peste 1 an si pe care il cumparam de la salonul unde ma tund/vopsesc/coafez, dar il gaseam doar la sticla de 250 ml. Raportul calitate-pret mi s-a parut exceptional, 10.99 GBP (aprox. 58 Ron) pentru 1000 ml in conditiile in care eu il cumparam la 35 Ron pentru 250 ml si imi ajungea pentru 1 luna si jumatate. In plus, exista o diferenta destul de evidenta intre ele, pentru ca cel la 1000 ml este pentru uz profesional si are o alta textura decat cel care este pentru uz personal. Ii voi face un review amanuntit dupa ce il voi mai folosi o perioada. Daca va intereseaza, il gasiti aici.
The main reason for this order was the Wella Brillance 1000 ml shampoo, that I constantly use for over a year and I used to buy it from the hair salon where I cut/dye/dress my hair, but I could only find it in bottles od 250 ml. The quality-price balance is very good, 10.99 GBP for 1000 ml, when I bought 250 ml for about 7 GBP and it lasted me for a month and a half. Moreover, there is a notable difference between them, as the one at 1000 ml is for professional use and it has a different texture than that for personal use.
